odd grinding from passenger side wheel

Recently I had my ACD Pump replaced and I did breaks on my IX. Since then I have been hearing a quick grinding noise from the passenger front wheel. It almost sounds like when u run over a crushed pop can. The really weird thing is it only does it the first time I break hard after starting it. It's driving me nuts. Everything looks fine with the breaks no uneven wear or anything and it all feels normal while driving. Any thoughts on what to check next?

Make sure that the caliper is securly bolted back up to the rotor. You might be causing more damage now if you continue to drive.

I checked the caliber bracket bolts as well as the dust guard and it all looks good.

switch the pads from side to side and see if the sound moves to the other side.
