tanabe or eibach?

The pro-kit is much softer than stock, definitely not recommended. Tanabe's look ok, but I would stick with the GTworx or Swift springs.

Had Tanabe GF210s for a year, love the look and they perform decent but wanted better for autocross. Drop looks perfect but too low for NY area. If you want them I'll sell them to you for a good deal.

My car came with the kit and the front was lowered way to much and under moderate cornering ride on the bump stops. Front spring rate is the same as stock with a significant drop (something like 1.5 in, forget exact numbers though) and the rear is marginally higher. With the SE lip I scraped on everything.
I even gave auto-x a try with it, also terrible. No roll control in the front and the rear stiffness just lead to a bit of twitchyness when you were able to get it to turn.
I'm infinitely happier on the GTWorx springs on the street, but it'll be a couple weeks before I can analyze it at an auto-x. But just a bit of slaloming on the street really shows the 50% stiffer front springs extra roll resistance and grip.
