Thanks for the update. Your last post noted you were going w/a +30

In any event I ran your no.s on the calc & if rear camber is at stock settings I can see where a light roll might be necessary

Tire choice...

I just ordered a set of Rota Grids in 18x9.5 +20. Now I am wondering about tire fitment choices. I figure a little fender work in the rear is required. What about tire sizes?? 245 or 255 seems to be the consensus but any feedback would be helpful. Thank you!

Your best bet would be the 245/40 vs the 255. The 40 vs 35 series has an overall circumference closer to stock w/a speedo error at -1.52%

Your biggest battle is getting the +20 to fit correctly w/out rub & w/out adding out of spec camber. This set-up will need the full rear fender treatment (roll, pull, bumper bolt & other tricks)

Just as an update, I got my Enkei 18 x 9.5 +38s put on with 245/35 tires!

+20 mm spacers with extended bolts up front, none in the back.
Car is lowered on Tein springs

Minor rub on full lock turning but that's it.

I will need wider front fenders or the fender mod like MinusPrevious said I would haha

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, for sure running a +18 up front is a bit wild but Im sure looks great & will handle even better

suggestions and thoughts about a 18x9.5 with 265/35 on a 2014 Lancer GT, STILL STOCKED everything, no coilovers and no fender rolls yet. Rubbing issues and advice?

You might be in the wrong forum. You should post up in the Lancer suspension section

Hey, would these rims fit my 2004 Evo 8 with stock brembos and 1 inch lowered.

Enkei RPF1
17x8 and 17x9 +45 (Front/rear)

I really like RPF1's except for the spacer requirement. Dont think many run the +45's

Quick comment on the question of running different width rims. Dont do it

One of the best fit-ups IMO is the 17x9.5 +38 w/a 20mm spacer up front

This thread has that example

What would be the best without using spacers? I prefer not to use spacers since they cause wobbling of wheel I heard.

Search around regarding spacers. Im sure if use a high quality piece you shouldnt have issues

There are some good choices of wheels that dont need spacers (i.e. Volk, Advan, Rota, Wedsports, 5Zigs)

You will have to search around & see what you like & fits your price point.

At one time I was anti wheel spacers but today I would run the RPF1's

16" rpf1 fitment?

Anyone know if 16" rpf1s +35 or +43 will clear the calipers with or without spacers? Looking for a good 16" wheel for the track. Any suggestions??

The searching I did shows all high offset XXR's will need a spacer. The wheel noted by you is very, very conservative in width & offset. Personally would rather see a more aggressive choice

Heres a search string which may give you some ideas:
