first of all, that would freakin sweet to have those rims on an evo. you might try posting under evo tire/wheel/suspension forum, might get better results.

Bullitt Mustang rims on an Evo?
I've been on the search for some winter tires and rims and came across some mustang rims and tires. I know these are the same bolt pattern, but will they fit on an Evo?
Not really looking for people to give me flak about mustang rims on an Evo. Its for the winter and I refuse to spend 900 on new rims and tires.

I really depends on how the wheel is designed. The evo requires a lot of room for the front brakes obviously. Only certain models of wheels will fit. If nobody has confirmed those wheels you'll have to actually try them on the car and see if you can clear the brembos. Wheels with slightly outward curving spokes have the best luck.
Those are nice specs on those wheels. 17x8.5 with a 24 offset is going to look fat. You'll probably have to run at least a 245 tire and that's not exactly optimal width for the winter though it will probably due fine. I run 225's in the winter.
You could try some spacers even if they do hit and probably get them to work but with a 24 offset 10mm spacers will probably have you doing some fender rolling.
