Ok I'm new to my Evo! I have these wheels left over from my DSM. They are Rota P45F 17 x 7.5 +45 offset. If someone could help me by letting me know whats needed for them to fit! that'd be great! If I'm posting in the wrong area I appologize not looking for rude feedback just some friendly help! Thank you in advance!!!

They should fit as long as they have enough backspacing. Not sure why You'd want to put narrower wheels on than your car has stock though? I would sell them and get a set that is better sized for your car if I was you. Good luck

+1 to what he said^^^

Why would you put a skinnier wheel on? Makes zero sense.

Correct, stock evo center bore is 67.1. +45 offset wheels on the evo are no good. Going to run into clearance issues with the calipers and or the suspension. As noted above, a narrower wheel is also a poor choice for performance, unless you are going for top speed runs where minimal resistance is needed.
