Who makes after springs in a blue color

I'm looking at a set of used MR struts but they have a set of blue after market springs on them. The seller doesn't know what brand they are. Any ideas?

OP, are they a light colored metallic blue? If so, its Swift.

WORKS springs are navy blue.
