Ignoring the already said driver mods,

Rear diff
Trailing link bushings
Front sway bar
Front lower control arm bushings.

That would be my path (though bushings are cheap enough that I might even do those first).
Front sway bar would be done during a clutch job if possible, I did it by itself and its quite the B*tch to do.

My Bilstein HDs with Swift Spec R's make my car so much more enjoyable.

Edit: Just read you already have my strut & spring setup. sorry for the clutter!

What mod can I do that will have the biggest gain in handling for a weekend warrior street car?

Thanks!
A top notch set of coil-overs with spring rates appropriate for what you're wanting to do with it.

Thanks everyone for the input. I just came back to this thread for the first time since I posted it a couple of days ago and was surprised to see how many people posted. I have kind of neglected this part of the forum and pretty much always focused on making my car faster... Can someone share me a link to update me on what the rear diff plate mod is? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure it's a sticky. And the search engine will blow up if you try it, pretty popular subject.

^ This!!!

Rear diff was the best handling mod I made on my '03, followed closely by the Bilstein/Swift package (which the OP already has).

Getting your acd reprogrammed is the cheapest, easiest and most effective single mod IMO...

I may be biased though

I dunno, restacking the rear diff plates yourself is pretty darn cheap. (zero dollars)

Except for the new fluid you have to put in it, which costs more than zero dollars. Still, very cheap!

Very true! The labor or time spent on the other hand is not so cheap! I agree that the diff plate mod is fantastic- it still boggles my mind how the factory did that
