xxr 522 17x8 +35/40/45?? 235/45R17

I am buying new rims and tires all around, and i currently was running rpf1's 17x8 +35 with 235/45R17's i want to stick out a little more but am worried about rubbing, and since i will be buying the xxr 522's from online (cant find someone to buy them from) i want to be sure that they wont rub before i buy... I have tein lowering springs on is my only modification to suspension. attached are pictures of my current setup, i am hoping to maybe go to a +40 or +45. either PM or reply, both will help. thanks

If you are considering offsets +40 / +45 you have not done enough homework

Spend some time & rifle through the Aggressive / Enkie / Advan / Volk / Rota and the wheel stickies above.

You should settle on offsets / size that will enhance your EVO based on how much youre willing to spend / how willing you are on modifying your fenders

Those offsets seem a bit high to me. I predict brake clearance issues.

And to just go for an answer, i'll just keep the same offset. I run a 17x8 +35 235/45/17 - If i run a xxr 522 17x8 +35 w/ a 235/45/17 will i be ok and clear brakes? or how does that work?....

Still curious on this.. I am now leaning towards probably the xxr 527 17x8.25 +35 or the XXR 522's same size if i can find them. Everything should sit the same right?

Your choice of wheel size is right on target. Cant comment on the caliper clearance

Stock offset is +38 so you are well within the window of no mods necessary to the rear fender. Tire size you noted is stock so you are good to go!

I have the XXR 527 17x8.25 +25. They clear the calipers without any spacers.

Did you have to run a spacer in the front for the rpf1's?

I also have the rpf1's in the size mentioned above and no spacer is needed to clear the brakes.
