If I want to go with Swift Spec-R springs, should I go with B6 or B8?

I was running Evo MR struts and one of my swift springs cracked, so I think I should update struts at the same time...
I've been trying to figure this out as well, but there's not really much info out there on the B8s. Seems like most people go with the B6-HDs with the GSR/non-MR Swift Spec-R springs

Thanks for responding.

I think I'm going to go with B6s, but still deciding if I should just go for FA coilovers for a little more...A big thing that is pushing towards the coilovers is I don't want to have to deal with a spring compressor, but on the other hand I'm afraid of the Northeast winters destroying them...

If I go with B6s, I also don't know if I need to replace the top mounts as well. At that point it gets very close to the price of the coilovers. TBH I don't know if I need to replace the struts at all, but the fact that one of my springs actually cracked makes me think I should.

Just to add more confusion, I emailed Swift regarding non-mr vs mr springs and this was their response:
As long as you are using a monotube damper like the Bilsteins, then you should be running our MR springs.

And that goes for the sports or the spec r’s. We have discontinued the Sports springs for the EVO MR, but the Spec R springs are available.
This was my original email:
The first question is the b6 the correct strut to go with? Seems to be based on my research, but then you read that the b8s are for lowered cars…

From my research, if you go with the b6 you should go with the non-mr springs. Is that correct for both the sports and spec-rs?

Link to thread that talks about using non-mr springs on HDs...
