what spacer will i need in my front wheels if im running a 17x9 +45 rpf1 with 245/45/17 tires. ill have 10mm in the rear. i just need to figure out the front

it depends on the offset, im running 17x9.5 +15 and 245/40/17 tires all around, and not using any spacers.
im not quite sure about RPF1's though, they dont have drastic offsets, i'd say the most you might need is like a 5mm

 

i put it. the offset is +45

 

oh my bad, i must have scanned over that, yea you'll probably need like a 5mm spacer

0_0 if you have to space out an inch to fit 9's... thats gonna be a ****ty day for your fenders lol.

 

I'm positive ur going to need at the very least 20mm + spacers up front.
That's the wrong offset for the evo.

 

its been done before, i know its not the best offset for them. with a 10mm in the rear its perfect. but front im getting different answers. i know there will be fender work. pull and roll them

 

yea i guess he will have to run something bigger, stock evo wheels are +35 so itd be a 10mm spacer to offset that.. ithink... this whole wheel math stuff is confusing

 

So do i get 10mm for the front or no? Lol still havent got a solid answer

 

As noted, the +45 is not the proper RPF1 wheel to use. Seems like most guys pick the 17x9.5 +38 (No spacer in rear & the 20mm spacer up front). Or some guys have used the 17x9.5 +18 upfront & the +38 in the rear

Read this thread fully & it may help. Personally I would sell this +45 & use the proven wheel size. And if you really want to do it correctly find a wheel that requires no spacers

Booo! Now im kinda bummed out. That this setup wont work properly. The wheels are sick in the sbc color.
