Clunking noise when turning the wheel

Hey everyone,

My suspension set-up are bilstein shocks with swift springs on my O6 IX MR and I'm hearing this "CLUNKING" sound whenever I turn the wheel. It's very noticeable when you turn the wheel while the car is still. Could it possibly be the tie rods???? Any help would be great. TIA!

Take a peek at the tie rods and sway bar links. My links went bad and made sounds on turns.

Have you tried having someone turn the wheel back and forth while you lay on the ground next to it and listen to try and pinpoint the sound?

Just an idea, anyway.
