Also doesn't the inverted give a slightly different travel radius when compressed? I'm having a difficult time picturing this in my mind.
Unfortunately, the short answers to your questions are "no"

The weight savings because the shocks are inverted are negligible. The inverted part does not mean the strut is actually up-side down Also "sprung" vs. "unsprung" ratio does not change, because sprung weight is the weight carried by the springs.

In short, weight savings come from the material used for the sleeves of the shocks and the struts. JIC is made of Duraluminum and saves about 25-30 lbs overall and should consider only 50% of that unsprung savings total.

Shock travel with inverted shocks are much shorter, hence more precision and better suitability for track purposes.

But these are all general statements and would differ in one way or another from shock to shock

Does anyone know what companies if any are currently making an adjustable inverted strut? I don't want to buy coilovers I just want to put my new springs on new struts and throw them right in there. I was looking on bilsteins website and a few of the vendors on here but couldn't find any.

Hello Quickshift,

The prices vary depending on configuration and customizations. You can give me a call at 301-515-0540 and we'll talk some about what you want to do. Once we figure out your expectations and objectives, we can build a price and place the order. Thankfully, the shipment has just arrived last week, so if you order it should not take much to obtain the custom unit

Btw, check the following thread (we had an awesome weekend at the SCCA autocross today ): https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...13#post1000313
