Congrats on breaking the 800hp barrier!

What are some of the downsides (if any) to increasing the engine to 2.3L?

The closest issue I have to downside is I have limited myself to an 8500rpm rev limiter. Even with the upgraded springs and retainers anything higher would be like playing russion roulette.

What I give up in upper end rpm's though I am more than making up for in torque off the line and quick spool on a relatively large turbo.

Nothing new yet Think the turbo gasket might be blown. I'll see what I can do to get a hold of the driver and shop and find out what up....I hate being stuck in afghanistan.

This sidewinder manifold from FBI...do you mind me asking what that set you back $$wise? I know it's a custom setup - just curious if they've considered putting these into production.

I am fairly certain FBI fully intends to bring the setup to the production market in the not to distant future. My car has been a bit of a guinee pig to ensure proper fitment and performance and as a result the labor and time put into creating the kit for my car was provided free of charge which definately would scew the price as I essentiall only paid for the turbo and piping. I'll get in touch with the fabricator and figure out what type of pricing he is thinking for the kit.
