This is probably late but. What BBQ? Was it posted on tr.com?

I got a hold of the shop's raw .csv file when they tuned dsm's car and plugged it into my DLL program. Sure enough, people's suspicions were correct in thinking the shop did some photoshopping to this dyno chart. Here's a comparison of their tune vs the tune I did for dsm. On DLL, the power output is 312/313, no where near the 343/375 they printed up .

Notice the shop's tune makes more power around 2000-3700rpm range. For instance, at 2500rpm, I'm comparing roms, and they didn't change mivec there but retarded ignition timing there vs my tune. This should generally make less power, but somehow the dyno shows significantly more power there (+25whp). In my experience, the only way to increase that power during spoolup is to mess around with mivec. Timing makes a difference, but not as large as mivec. That tells me their dyno roller must be set loose to read high power, cuz it's hitting different load cells on that dyno vs the road.

Well, at least we got it sorted out at the tracks and he's running a pretty solid time.

Hey do you have a DLL log from a run with race gas by chance? Post it up to see what it looks like.

By the way this was running at 25.9 psi all night.
