I wanted quiet too, on my RA. I stuck with the stock catback (With aftermarket 3" 02 dp, testpipe with mini muffler) for awhile, making 370whp on the GST Mustang Dyno, on E85 with a BBX Lite.

I recently finally upgraded to a magnaflow catback. It's still pretty darn quiet. Of course you hear the car when you go WOT but it's nowhere close to as loud as other exhausts I have heard.

I haven't put the car back on the dyno yet to know what gains where had, however my injectors maxed out as soon as I put the catback on and I had to lower the boost, so it is for sure making more power.

Thanks for the input Bryan. I'll keep my eyes peeled for a magnaflow catback. I just feel like I'm robbing myself of some serious power.

You made some great numbers... I'm starting to think something is wrong here.

Why are you comparing his stangjet 371 to your proper mustang numbers?

Don't do that, you will drive yourself crazy.
