answering call waiting on factory BT

so there is this annoying problem when I get a call on my factory BT, when I press the pickup button, it puts the BOTH the current and incoming call on hold. Anyone know how to fix this? I am using a BBerry Bold. Thanks.

P.S. If I pick up from the Bold, the voice system keeps telling me there is an incoming call.

I think you need to hit the knob on the radio. The will change the call. I don't think you can do it from the wheel.

What knob on the radio? I have the nav system. I thought the steering wheel controls were pretty much the only way to control the factory BT.

Ive tried that too but it does the same thing. Just keeps ringing in the car over the speakers.

Hitting the phone button always works for me.
I had the regular deck, thought it was the power know then you could scroll up and down to answer the call.

I should be installing an exhaust in the next couple of weeks, will report back then.
