Yah the glare kills me. I'm thinking of making some kind of half circle piece that can flip out over the top when there is glare and go back into the dash when its not needed (kinda like a rim on a hat). The only issue will be figuring out how to deal with the head unit face sliding down when I watch change discs.

I cant believe Metra would let these kits even leave their factory's. They usually have very quality products.

I bought the JDM right away. We're driving 30k+ cars! Why be so cheap?

I was a tad lazy and I didn't swap out the hazard light bar--you'll have to use it because of the passenger SRS airbag system.

I actually got it off a local member so shipping cost me 15 mins. Congrats, you made the right choice.

metra sucks

just got a pioneer 3200BT from Al and Eds this weekend. everything was half off. was too impatient to wait on the install and they installed the metra kit. fitment sucks. JDM looks clean, does anybody know how the scosche kit fits?

Their kit fits much better than the metra but still looks kinda fake. The JDM is the best bet for aftermarket stereo's.
