Bluetooth problem
Mine is the same way.. but from reading other posts, I'm pretty sure this is normal.
Not sure why Mitsu chose to do this, though.. maybe to help keep the other caller's voice from reaching the microphone or something.

haha good thing i searched before posting the same exact question. after 3 mos i finally paired my phone and messed with it and i was wondering why the sound only came out of the passenger side. i thought a wire was loose or something, hell i even checked the nav system today looking for bluetooth setup/control to see if my speaker was set to passenger only. i guess it's set default like this
Two reasons:
1. less feedback from mic because of the direction of the audio.
2. Your own feet/legs block the left speaker, and technically, when there's no passenger, you should be able to hear someone more clearly from the right speaker.
I think it's strange too.

Honestly, I can't remember what I did to get mine to work.. think I just followed the instructions in the owner's manual and set my phone's bluetooth to "on" and "discoverable" during the setup.
