Question MR Touring head unit in SE model

i have searched all over the place (where i could think of) for the MR Touring head unit to put in my SE. i really dont care about the navigation, but i saw on top gear that it has a few data outputs from the engine/ecu. does anyone know if 1.) will it work/how hard would it be to install. 2.) what kind of info from the engine/ecu does it give you? ive tried looking for days and havent found anything on it.

Search for MMCS. If you're looking because you think it'll be some baby GT-R info dash, move along: it's not the droid you're looking for.

your right. it is not the "droid" im looking for. guess ill just have to get an aftermarket head unit. im not a fan of the sock one, or the speakers.
