MMCS in EVO X MR problems

Ok, I am new here and I've been living in USA for few years and when I coming back to Europe I've bought EVO X MR everything is running just great but I have some problems with MMCS few things
1) when trying to open bluetooth mobile option it's unavailable "cannot display because of system error"
2) It doesn't read DVDs does it have regional lock ?
3) I cannot change time becuase I cannot change time zone

Ok so is there any option to update software to get rid of those problems or upgrade it somehow. Can anyone help with this.
I am planning to modify it up 400hp if it is necessary I can change whole MMCS as well but is it even possible.

I would really appreciate any kind of help and insight.

If you're bringing your Evo back to Europe from the US, maybe contact a dealer there to see if they can just swap your MMCS to a EUDM version..

Though it might just be cheaper to buy a euro-ready aftermarket nav system.

Try the Alpine INA-W910R.. similar to the US version, but with maps, tuner and regional settings for Europe.

I'm only really interested in that bluetooth problem as I don't care much about DVD or time. I have european maps and all other functions work really. I'm only pissed off at that mobile phone functionality as it is some kind of "system error" that's why I'm interested if there is option to update software or something to get it working.

If you're still in the states, maybe take the MR back to the dealership to see if they can fix it?

Few other things you could try..

Delete your phone from the nav, and try re-pairing it again (or try a friend's phone, to test that it isn't an issue with your handset). Enter the service menu (youtube "mmcs advanced features" for instructions) and check diagnostics of bluetooth module (and do a system reset if available). Disconnect car battery for a few minutes, and see if that resets the nav system.. then re-pair your phone. Worse-case scenario, pull apart your dash and make sure the bluetooth module and wiring are still connected (maybe something came loose).

Just some ideas, good luck

Thanks for help I'll try this out but the problem with phone is that I can't access mbolie phone module form touch screen. When I try to push mobile phone from menu "unable to access due to system error" pops up.

But I will try those things you recommended, anyway maybe they will be able to fix it in Workshop where I plan to put some modifications in.
