Please take pics, that would be awesome.
Are you still talking about the subwoofer wires or the door speakers?

Let me clear it up.

I first tapped it into the driver side rear door, which was causing all the speakers not to function unless I connected the LOC while the car was already on.

Then I took out to the back seats to find the unconnected subwoofer harness. But I didn't see any use for that because it does not lead to anything except another unconnected harness.

So then, someone told me that I would be better off tapping into the wires behind headunit (I have the OEM Rockford Fosgate Navi, original owner installed it, But no SSS package.) But I can't figure out or find a diagram that show what wires to tap into.

Now, Gonzo is saying I can hook up my aftermarket amp under my seat, but I'm not sure how that is possible or what exactly he is splicing to the amp.

I'm pretty familiar with the connections on most amps. The only thing that the amp needs is a power source, ground, remote wire and an RCA from the HU. The only thing I'm missing is the RCA.

PS. I really appreciate everyones help.

Figured it out. Finally found a thread with the non RF wire colors behind the head unit.

LF: yel/blu (+) , gry/red (-)
RF: yel/grn (+) , red/blu (-)
LR: yel/gry (+) , wht/blu (-)
RR: wht/grn (+) , gry/blu (-)

Tapped the loc to yellow/blue and grey/red and everything works flawlessly. Speakers no longer cut out either.

Thanks everyone!
