whining noise in speakers

Hi all recently I have started hearing a whining noise coming from my speakers. It happened before and the audio place I went to said it could be the RCA's so I had them changed and it went away for a bit and now it is back. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Have you added any electrical components like gauges? I had to wire my gauges into a separate circuit to cut out the hum from my speakers.

Put a capacitor on the power line to the head unit and amp and run it to ground.

This whine is ac noise from alternator. Google it this type of issue has been around for 40 years
