Compustar running lights

Hey guys so I have a weird thing going on my car with my remote start:

You know how when your car continues to run or even when you click the on the compustar remote the orange lights up front and the back lights up. Well for some reason when I use my remote only the right lights turn on. The left front and back lights do not light up at all. But when I turn my lights on in the car or use my factory unlock/lock they work perfectly fine. Why would this be? Wouldnt the remote have all the parking lights linked into one wire and not split into different sides? It doesnt make sense at all. Obviously im going to the installer sometime but why would you guys say one side works and the other? They should just be one wire for all four corners or am I wrong?

If you did wire to wire install you didn't use a diode and connect all wires to unit. But you should be using data to data install so you module does it all through CAN data.

Hey man so I'm not a hundred percent sure what you said. But im pretty sure the installer did a wire to wire install since its a basic gsr and thats what he told me. I asked if he did voltage sense and he said no. So would that mean their would be a diode he used?
I called compustar and they told me that when I press unlock/lock on the remote then it uses the cars system but when I'm doing remote start or turbo timer then it uses the module. They said if its lighting only one side during remote start then its due to a bad diode. They said its fairly common. Would you happen to know where or what it looks like. I just dont know what it is, but would be willing to replace it on my own if I knew what it is.
