When you cut the plastic, did you trim off the piece completely including the side edge? If you imagine the tab, the tab connects to the side of the vent. You need to take off that bit as well. Take off a little at a time and you'll be able to fit it perfectly. I used an exacto knife, but be careful because you can cut yourself.

Would any of you have some tips on getting the vents to fit properly?

Thanks!

Thanks for the help! I trimmed it off using a dremel rotary tool and it now fits snug and tight!

Thank you!

When I go to reset network settings, it does not delete my paired bluetooth devices. Am I doing this correctly?

Go to reset network settings then scroll down and hit reset factory default. It should reset the radio. I had the same issue u had. The bluetooth OBII didn't work for me so I brought the WiFi one and its works just fine. As far as the Bluetooth streaming, i use a ipod and use A2DP and it works fine for me.

So after about 3 months with this unit, the only downside I see with it is that I think I need to make a hard power switch and put it in the glove box.

Does anyone have any suggestions on cool useful apps? I have torque & gas buddy. That's about it. Anything out there that's sweet?

Here is May System Update.
PX6 6.0 UPDATE (20170504) https://www.sendspace.com/pro/dl/h46x4e
MCU still at 2.44
V2.44 https://www.sendspace.com/pro/dl/y64l27

V2.51 https://www.sendspace.com/pro/dl/t7yqft

Also I'm using a custom rom.

A custom rom is just a System Update, different than the MCU. We have to use our vendor MCU.
