hands free bluetooth help

when i orginally bought my 2013 evox it had that ugly oem dash. i replace it with an aftermarket radio which did the job. i recently purchased an oem mmcs (part #8750a183 model n-03) to make the car look more oem. when i got the radio it didnt come with the navi harness which i bought. i connected everything. i did my research and i bought an aftermarket gps antenna and got that working. all the controls on the steering wheel works great. The previous owner had the hands free setup already. so i connected the module because it was unplugged and connected the mic. It seems like the radio and the blue tooth module (part #8785a051) isnt communicating. i took it to the dealership thinking it has to be some kind software update for the because thats what i read online. They also told me it could be the module. they gave me list of part numbers that could work.

8785A055
8785A075
8785A081
8785A028
can anyone guide me with these modules
