Differences I've seen using Launch and not is about .3 - .5 off the times. So yep good time your rolling there.

I'm still stock and doing like 5.1's with Launch and about 5.4 or so without. Soon as summer is here, its mod-time.

I recently ran two AP recorded performance runs (wish it would datalog at the same time it was recording performance times!) and found some interesting [wierd] results.

Both tests were in S-Sport mode using launch control. First test was a 0-60 performance test:

60' - 2.023s
330 --
0-60MPH - 4.919s

Second test was about five minutes later, and measuring 1/4 mile performance:

60' - 2.484s
330' - 6.065s
0-60MPH - 4.919s
1/8 mile - 9.027 @ 83.282 MPH
1000' - 11.571s
1/4 mike - 13.716 @ 105.657 MPH

Getting two exact 4.919s 0-60 MPH is extremely curious considering there's 0.46+ seconds diff in the 60' times.

I also noticed the consistency in AP performance runs, what kind of mods are you running?

What kind of cat-back? I have an AEM intake and am running the Normal Stage 1 map, since I logged both the ACN and Normal maps and noted very similar knock retard values...

I've run between the Stg 1 91 ACN and the Stg 1 93 maps. There's about ten HP difference peak between the two maps but I recorded the highest HP with the AEM and the Stg 1 91 acn map at 290. Curious although the 93 map was tested with stock intake on different day.

The exhaust is a bushr cat-back dual. Haven't run dyno with current config. Will get results with stock, stg 1 91 acn and then stg 2 91 acn same day. Maybe next week as I'm busy on the cooler project for now.

Ok, I've got a question about SST Launch control

Does it always drops to 4k after launch ? I have a problem with this, is there any way to bypass that and keep revs going up instead of dropping from 5.5 to 4k ?

This video got me thinking

Also what is the best way to start with launch control and realse break before it reaches 5.5k ? It my case I did launch at 4-4.5 with that pause or rev drop 2-3 times but usually it automatically gets to 5.5k

Any suggestions ?
I have custom cat-back in my EVO and power increased to 350BHP and 450Nm

you have to push the brake down firmly and foot straight down on gas, if you hesitate on the gas peddel or release the brake a bit it will do what happenend in the video.
i can even do it in normal or sports mode and without holding down traction for 3 secs for some reason.
once the stall is on you can rev it up and down like you have the clutch in then let it go at different revs under 5000

it revs up with no boost
