It will not it is designed for north american ECUs only. You may want to look to see if prova in Japan releases a AP for the JDM model as they offer them for the subaru models.

Not yet, but it will soon. The EVO X AP will support the JDM, North American, Europe/World Market cars all in the same unit. We're just working on finishing the tuning for those models at the moment. We have beta units currently in Asia and Europe.

Cheers,
Trey @ COBB

No you dont need one

I have seen many Subaru owners who used the AP on a permanent basis by attaching it with a air vent cell phone holder

Of course having a dedicated boost gauge is always a good idea on a modified turbo car

Yes but you will need to purchase a JDM specific unit - you should contact Cobb Tuning directly for details

In the US we only sell and service USDM vehicles

I didn't see any mention of this and I just wanted to confirm - this will work for MR's as well right? I'm not sure about the differences in the ECU's or the approach when tuning either the MR or GSR.

Once support for JDM is out you will need to contact a dealer in your region to get one imported. I would visit www.cobbtuning.com and look to see the dealer in your country.

Can the AP adjust boost? or do you need a boost controller?
