I've heard a lot of good things on the EvoXforums, just wanted some of your inputs comparing this to the Cobb shelf stage 1. Also how would I be able to get this map? Can I just buy the map from Perrin or do I need to buy the AP from them as well?

 

I'd like to hear about the Perrin map/s as well. And do they have a GSR specific map?

I asked perrin about the AP map and they said it was 180 for the map. Right now it is GSR specific and they are in the process of testing it on an MR

 

Cool, thanks for the info. I couldn't get a straight answer if the perrin map was specific to the GSR/MR or univeral for both.

I ordered from Al @ dynoflash but it seems he ignores me and a few other people with the custom map he offered when bought from him. =(

 

yea i saw the sale too, but I still hadnt made up my mind yet. I still have hope the ecuflash will be out soon hahahha but that looks highly unlikely...so right now its either get the AP from perrin w/ their stock map for $695 or get it without the map somewhere else for $625...

Hey, I'm in the same boat as you. I posted a thread in December about not getting the custom map from Dynoflash, and the thread was promptly closed by moderator. As of today, I have not received or heard anything from the guy.

 

I was interested to purchase a map from Dynoflash, emailed him but never get a reponse.

 

mines in the mail too... they must have chose the UPS super-duper extra saver. order was placed 1/5, expected delivery date 1/13 :-/

 

I'm not having any luck getting maps from anyone either... It's really unfortunate... but, it looks like Surgeline/Cobb is considering making some intake specific maps... if you haven't already... be sure to vote (especially if you're running AEM )

I've already run dyno tests with the Cobb Stage 1 91ACN and Stage 1 93 octane maps. Now I just need the Perrin (91 or 93 octane) stage 1 map to test.
