Will I lose my Custom Tune...

I have a custom tune on my ecu and my engine light came on. I know why and what the codes mean. I have the cobb ap and was wondering if i reset the codes/ecu, will it take my custom tune with it?

It will just clear the codes. It's a completely different deal.
