car tuned finally

car tuned finally

mods:
AMS uicp and Short Ram Intake

I have been using 93 octane do I continue using that or can I use 91?

Boost at 24, pill removed

I have to ask: is it really worth switching to 91 if you're only saving like $1.20 a tank?

Great results

cash is not the reason , i didn't know if they tune the car dependent on 91 or 93 first time i got a tune in my life so just wanted to be sure, ill stick with 93

If the car was tuned on 93 octane, then use 93 octane.

I presume that you are using an Access Port and that is why the solenoid pill was removed?

There is no reason to remove the solenoid pill, btw. All it does is make the boost less stable and inconsistent. You can attain 24-26 psi and hold to 18-19 psi by redline with ALL the pills in place.

don't have accessport ,I was told because of the large AMS intake I had a knock in order to prevent that had to raise the boost and take the pill out.

That does not make sense...So to cure the knock, the tuner removed the pill to add boost

yea its odd but numbers are good now so everything's up to par i guess you could say
