mode on wastegate actuator arm?

hi, do i need to shorten the actuator arm if i am on boost controller-Icolor and stock turbo and actuator?

I heard that EVC6 has to calibrate and user has to set the wastegate pressure setting, but I never see such thing on my SBC icolor, damn...

anyone can tell me whether I should mod my actuator?

as far as i know, you need to shorten the actuator rod, if the spring start getting weaker. Even then i would just simply upgrade the waste gate. Not so much money and well worth it.

actually when i set to 'ac-actuator' setting on the Blitz icolor,no matter how high the boost i set, it kept at 0.76bar, i am thinking the original boost should be 0.86bar and i was seeing that few months back, should this mean my actuator is weaker now and need to mod?
