Yea, it is very annoying, lol.

My car when it was running did this every pull.

Like SIC said, aftermarket turbo guys get this all the time. I learned to accept it.

you can revert back to your previous screen by pressing and holding the info button on the dash, still annoying though

1. Recently tuned to 26psi.

2. Spiked to 31psi on a 4th gear pull.

3. ASC service lights came on immediately.

Has anyone found a solution for this problem yet?

if enough people cry about it I will check out a fix for it

Can the tuner inhibit boost from spiking?

yes, not 100%, but better than 26 -> 31

26 -> 27/28 is acceptable in my books...

Thats what I thought too. I'll talk to my tuner about it. Problem is that he flew to my state for the tune. He will either have to fix it via email or fly back down another time.

I have the same issue. Never happened on dyno while tuning. Have 3 port and BBX, tuned at 27 psi. My understanding of this was that it was Boost Limit Cut, and you could simply raise the value in the table. I haven't verified this cause it isn't that big of a deal, but it only happens in 3rd/4th gear at WOT when I go completely through the gear (low RPM to redline). My log shows 28 psi around the time it happens, so I don't know if it's the same issue.

What kind of dyno? Dynojets don't load the car so you usually end up with a lot more boost on the street than when on the dyno. Mustangs & Dyno Dynamics do a better job but even then it can be a little off.

its not a cut, the asc disables itself and you get a warning screen. sometimes i'd like to keep the asc on when i'm boosting

if your getting a hard cut, then yes you need to adjust one of your limit tables.

I'd like a disable for it. 30psi is alot, but I think its kind of uncalled for and after putting in a BOV I need to retune because I constantly hit it.

The whole psi based thing makes sense anyway. Since it is for the stability control, it is hitting what the max "accurate" or plausible pressure for the sensor is and turning the asc off because stage 1 of the asc is a reduction in boost. If it can't accurately meter the boost, it can't properly use it to control the stability of the car.
