my ecu bit the dust

well i took it to the dealership. Not only did they stock flash it and erase a hard memory error code on the ecu, but they fixed a recall on the front sensors..lol
I asked the guy what was up and he told me he found two codes during the process. p0605 and p0603 which i know one is the keep alive memory. Looks like the other one is a rom error? But anyways i pick it up 4pm est and I'll be trying to reflash it right away to see whats going on..lol..Now that i know they will fix my F*** ups for free its game on!!!!!!

Yeah, awesome! Nothing like cheating the system!

Greeeeeaaaaaaaat... pardon the cynicism, but thanks for helping make legitimate warranty claims difficult for all of us.

If you are going to be flashing alot and hit it once, it couldn't hurt to set up a bench. Hopefully you don't run into any other troubles.

no worries i highly doubt mitsubishi is going to crack down on warranty claims since i had a legit issue. I could see if i blew my car up and returned it to stock to beat the system, but they had the car for a total of 1 1/2 hours.
