You have bricked the ecu..in my opinion, it has nothing to do with the ecutek being there as you were able to read,edit and reflash the ecu a couple of times before this occurrence happened.

What you need to do it bench flash your ecu..it's a p.i.t.a procedure if it is your first time..if you follow tephra's how to (there is another how-to somewhere on this forum with useful pictures) it will be easier..might be a couple of repititions before you get the wiring correct though..

If you can overnight that ecu to someone who has done it before..someone preferrably near you it would be easier. If you wish to ship it all the way to me in dubai i will do it for free as long as cover the shipping.
