Question on E85 Tune poor MPG

Ok i got my car tunned at Reese Tuning here in San Diego, Car runs good but I was not provided a dyno sheet and phone calls and emails are not being responded. My question is I have the following mods:
Blaq ops Fuel pump kit with walbro
DW 1000cc injectors
AGP Hardpipes and intercooler
Invidia Downpipe CP-E Catback
Im on my third tank of E85 and my car is getting 11-12 MPG with mostly normal everyday driving with a-lot of hwy. Again I don't have a dyno sheet but the car ran 7.8 in the 1/8 mile with a 1.7 60 ft so its running strong but I still feel like its to rich.
Thanks in advance

I was expecting for the fuel milage to go down but a little over 100 miles a tank seems a little much I was under the impression it would go from 18-19 to 14-15 not down to 10 especially bc I am on stock turbo

What AFR did James tune you at WOT. I'm guessing 11.7 - 11.9? I'm sure he was keeping you safe, but you could always go back and have him lean it out at your request. E85 tunes can take a couple trips to get the car where you want it.
James is a busy guy, i'm sure if you just stop by he'll take care of you. By the way, I was his firest E85 tune back in 08 when he had his old shop on prospect. I'm on SD for a year and will be going back to add the IAT sensor and patch. I've been tuned by James since the car had 32K, she's now at 84K....he likes to tune conservative for reliability.

ethanol blended fuels will always give worse gas mileage. Ethanol contains approx. 34% less energy per unit volume than gasoline, and therefore in theory, burning pure ethanol in a vehicle will result in a 34% reduction in miles per US gallon , given the same fuel economy, compared to burning pure gasoline.

Thanks guys James is a great tuner never had any complaints with his work I know he's extremely busy I've counted over 20 evo's at his shop on any given day. Also since I am fairly new to E85 do you guys notice when sitting on idle for a bit it bogs for a second or two when you get going

10 mpgs is very low even for e85, usually on e 85 on a stock turbo and bolt ons you should avg 16-17 mpgs with normal driving especially highway. I would do some more logging and touch up on the tune.

Yea that is horrible mileage for mostly fwy on E85. I good tune should return around 18-20 mpg all freeway cruise and 15-16 around town, even having some fun with it.

If you are getting 11mpg mixed driving then it needs attending to.

Injector size, when properly tuned, does not change mileage at all.

getting an average of 16 mpg on E85. In summer with only highway driving, I can do 17.5; in winter with only city driving it drops as low as 14.5.

as razor said, size of the inj. is irrelevant. Tuning of the inj. is "key" sounds like the inj. need some massaging...
