Getting ready for a tune

So for the past year i been collecting parts and i have almost everything i need.
i just wanna know if i need anything else for my build and what tuner would you guys recommend in NorCal.

I already have,
T4 twin scroll Full Race turbo kit
UICP, LICP, Intake, DP, Turbo manifold, FMIC, Tial wastegates i believe are 44mm
Grimsport EBC
AMS fuel rail and FPR
AEM E85 fuel pump and install kit
I have a RAW triple pillar pod

ID2000cc

I still need to purchase
EFR 7670 1.05 A/R EWG
Boost, A/F Ratio and Oil Pressure Gauge
Aluminum Valve cover
and they mentioned upgrading the MAP sensor, any recommendations? OmniPower 4 Bar MAP?

Let me know what you guys think. I wanna get tuned on 91/85 with a 500awhp goal.

I hope you plan on running only E85. ID2000's and 91 pump gas isn't gonna work. Even so 2000cc injectors is gonna be overkill on your setup, even with E85. As far as a NorCal tuner you could go to Cobb tuning surgeline if you're gonna use a accessport.

My buddie and i both run fic 2150cc in injectors and we both run pump just fine.
If your goal is only 500 tho i would say fic 1100cc are perfect for your set up . Big injectors are hard to scale in on pump but can be done.
If you have a larger goal later that makes sense then.

what clutch do you have in the car now ?
the 4 bar map sensor should be good for you. should not need it unlees plan on running more then 33psi but its a nice to have say when you build its already there.

I went with 2000cc injectors because that's what I was recommended by the shop that will be doing my tuning. I originally had DW1500cc or 1300cc (dont remember) but was told they weren't good for the Evo. For now my goal is 500awhp but I'd like to rebuild the engine to handle more power in the future, I know 2000cc is overkill for now.

The car only has 8k miles so I'm still on stock clutch, once it starts slipping then I'll replace it

Looks like a good list of things.. I would agree on the FIC 1100 since I have talked with my tuner but haven't done injectors myself to have a big opinion about it .. only thing you can add if wanted would be cams/springs. Im full bolt ons right now and will be doing Kelford 214B cams with their springs and FIC 1100 on e85 soon, planning on being around the 400hp/tq range.

Only concern would be I have read a lot and heard around the 500 mark having to build the bottom end.

Isn't it mainly because of torque figures north of 350-400? I think once you are past 350-380 lb/ft torque, the bottom will likely go out. Also having peak torque before 4000 rpm.
