Possible to Monitor with AP with EvoScan tune

I'm wondering if it's possible to use my Cobb AP V3 for just monitoring since I've gotten my car tuned using EvoScan via Tactrix cable. I don't know how that works. Will marrying my AP back to my car mess with or alter my tune?
The AP has several monitors I miss and would like to have back all in one spot, boost, knock etc...

Go with TorquePro with MUT plugin + Bluetooth OBD scanner such as OBDLink.

I don't think this is possible, I tried to do the same thing on my last Subaru I had. Basically, when you install (marry) the accessport, it forces you to choose a tune that is on the AP to install at that time. You can't just marry it and monitor the current tune on the car. I *could* be wrong but this was my experience and understanding.

What is the MUT plugin/ where can I find it?

I found another thread that said this would work for knock but I don't see an actual knock count, just knock retard. Is this the same?

On a side note is there a way to use the obd2 port cable to use torque instead of bluetooth? Bluetooth paring with my ohone and torque software always seems to be hit or miss.

It would be nice if Cobb found a way to allow e-tune and the AP for monitoring/ logging. I bet people would still buy the cobb even if they had an etune for logging.

Once you purchase Torque Pro, purchase another MUT plugin below. Torque only works with Android with bluetooth, won't work with OBD2 cable/wireless OBD2

I don't think Advanced EX for MITSUBISHI is meant for Evo looking at the descriptions.

Don't think it can be done. I know that Cobb AP installs an interface into the factory ECU to communicate between the two. Before that I think It also takes a hash of the current ROM to match with the stock ROMs they have support for, and if it didnt match any of which cobb has support for, AP wont install into the ECU. I THINK this is what happens as they need someway to counter exactly what you are considering, otherwise cobb would have bricked ecus here and there and cobb will be responsible.
