Why would you want to get the X pump when a Walboro is better?

It's OEM, might be constructed better? Maybe it wont whine like a walbro does? Many possible reasons..

I just can't wait until we find out the actual threshold of the 4b11 motor... Hurry up guys and blow one up so we know whether to get one or not. If it could take 400awhp I'm buying one!

OEM is probably constructed better and probably doesn't whine.. but then if you were looking at those then why not keep the one you already have? If you want a X for the sake of more fuel, then I think it's better to just get the Walboro.

I've seen VERY FEW walbros fail. Unless you bought one off e-bay. There was a bunch of chinese copy cats that were flooding e-bay.

Buy one from a reputable dealer and be done with it.

Google it dummy, and then its going to tell you did you mean WALBRO..??

This psi comparison between IX and X is whack.. different turbo set up, Fuel pump, MIVEC is on both sides and it aggressive *** hell according to SHIV, hence why is pulling OKAY numbers running pig rich..! Even the spark plugs are different.. its just not the same like when VIII and IX were compared.. these were alot closer to each other than the IX is to the X..

I spy Chewbacca therefore...

You're grounded for not agreeing that the fuel pumps sound like chewbacca taking a dump. Arrrrrr!!!

See my avatar for further assistance in understanding.

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

why would be the oem designed better then the Wallbro? Why wallbro?
Because most likely cheaper and delivers more fuel. So later you don't need an other fuel pump change... Yeah i know stupid idea to get a wallbro, when a oem X flows better then the IX....

Well, it seems like someone mentioned flow not being a concern. That noise, and parts construction are more important.

let them buy the X fuel pump instead the Wallbro.. But if they smart enough, they will get 2, so this way, will out flow the wallbro and still will be quiet.
