Buschur Racing Evo X Air Intake, IC Pipe and FMIC thread
The KN part number that was listed on Page 5 by someone else is NOT the part number we are using in our kits.
As Jarrod stated we make a wye bracket that holds the MAF firmly in place, it will not move around. NO CEL's from the filter kit and bracket we offer. Our bracket is made out of 1" wide 304 grade stainless steel, so it won't rust and end up looking like crap.

Do it do it do it do it do it ... buschur FTW.
Thanks for the extra info. You guys never disappoint. If you saw how I attached it with a string for the time being you would probably cry...lol. Can you rate the buschur shifter bushings install difficulty on a 1-5 scale maybe...roughly?

For those interested.....
ALL of the IC piping is instock as well as the air filter kits.
FMIC's are all made as they are ordered but are instock and ready to be made.

I just found your myspace and added you
I have to confess I don't own an Evo X yet. Now with my question... about the Upper IC Pipe with the mounting tab. Doesn't the IC pipe need to move a little with the engine? I'm wondering how it can move if it's locked in with the mounting tab.
thanks,

I'm not really qualified to answer your question but to me it looks like the coupler in the middle does just fine for that for holding the pressure and it is bolted to the frame to keep the pipe in place.

It moves a little bit. It's not like it's bolted down near the engine or turbo. It's only bolted to the cars frame to keep it from knocking against the frame .
