gubit, your question is confusing, do you mean are the AFR's effected from the maf pipe? If so my answer is no. We have kept our MAF pipe using the stock MAF housing and sensor so the MAF pipe works very well and accurately with the stock ECU. We also have a shield that is doing to be released and part of our filter kit to keep the a/c fan from effecting the idle.
I have seen some other companys create velocity stacks for the intake filter, to help direct air flow into the piping. Have you guys thought of making a velocity stack for the air intake filter?
Also how long is the intake filter that you guys offer (base to the top)??

Its amazing how crappy the stock intercooler is, that was the first mod I did to my VIII when I had it and wow did it make a dif in spool along with the LICP!...
