Just out of curiosity though, aren't gt35s most efficient around 25-30 psi? If that's the case then the turbo isn't going to make the power that it really could on only 22 psi. I mean if you're going to get the lag associated with a big turbo at least utilize the power capabilities of it, otherwise you're better off with a gt30, just my .02. It's great to see someone pioneering the way to find the popping point of the 4b11 though, I can't wait to see whst this thing can take!

Your right a GT35R is much more efficient 25-35 psi range 35 pushing it... however being that its on pump gas and its 100 degrees out we are taking it easy on pump since we are still learning the limits... A race gas tune with HI boost will happen later this week...

^It's square (the best design for a high revving motor) 86mm x 86mm.

compared to what?

This isn't a small t3 .78ar housing. Look at the tq curve...

You could run a smaller housing and still make power to stock redline...from the looks of the dyno this car wants to keep making power.

600 is the goal... Race gas may be the only way since we dont have EMS yet...

Also Jesse you use a lot bigger runners for that header than compared to the faster spooling Full-Race header. Some times you sacrafice some top end for more bottom or vise versa.

Also look at the AFR's for some reason the X is opposite of the IX and runs really rich upon spool up which can cause a slower spool. We are still working on the tuning to get everything tuned.

4G63 2.0L with single scroll GT35R full spool around 5500 RPM give or take...(cams or mivec alter this number)

Could you imagine this with cams and a fully tuned mivec system?

Spool actually looks pretty good for the limited amount done to it. Looking forward to cooler temp and higher boost numbers

I think that a bit of work could really help the spool up especially with the AFR's and Mivec, but I understand that this will come with time. I agree with your method of tuning, start low and build up as opposed to start big and blow up....
