I apologize about the exhaust tip coming in damaged. If you would like I could send you a new piece to replace that one. Its just the short piece with the tip on it right? If this is something you're interested in doing please let me know. I dont know how it could have gotten damaged but I do understand stuff happens so i do apologize. I know UPS basically treats every package like garbage so who knows how many trucks ran the box over.

The slip fit connection(s) can be a little tricky sometimes as the slightest tap can make it become untrue. Normally a big pair of channel locks with a slight squeeze will take care of it right away.

Im glad overall you're happy with the system. Get a tune on their to take out all that fuel and it will really open up the car.

Take care!

I'm fine with the tip, it pretty much goes unnoticed.

As for UPS treating their packages like crap, I think its more on the side of people packaging there packages terribly. If people would package appropriately then things wouldn't get damaged, unless or severe issues such as getting stuck in a belt, or something of that sorts, 98 times out of 100 its the packing that is the problem. Maybe I am biased since my father was the COO of UPS.

As i said I'm perfectly happy with the exhaust.

it sounds good a little louder than most the clips you will hear online... it sounds good, and at highway speed you can't really hear it, so thats nice

I forgot to take him for a ride in mine (tuned with turbo back) or we probably would have had him tuned that day

I was doing a shipping estimate to send my Evo8 Exhaust out from NY to Florida and since the exhaust is somewhat bulky the Dimensional weight is what it ends up using. So while it weighs in at under 30 lbs for the Evo 8 exhaust the 78 x 13 x13 box I'm trying to fit it all in is considered 68 lbs and on the edge of getting an oversized surcharge.... the cost estimate jumped from $45 to $100 for 80 x 13 x 13 or if I went to 78 x 14 x14 !

So that is why vendors will try to avoid boxes that exceed those sizes because the shipping will rape you otherwise.

And then when the materials come in damaged, they blame it on the shipper because they wouldn't package correctly... this is why shipping companies get a bad rep most the time. Moving hundreds of thousands of packages a day, they can't all be treated like glass.
