youre sort of right... cant forget to take full advantage of this turbo you need fuel upgrades

walbro pump $100
injectors about $380-$400
Fp install kit $150
Evo X High Flow Fuel Filter Kit $150 (needed for fp install kit)

so about $800 total for the fuel upgrade

and for those who are unlucky like me that have no access to race gas gotta invest in a good alky kit like aquamist

but BVP are running amzaing times i wonder what boost and gas they are using. The red turbo is great and this is just the beginning

Hello we use VP C16 for racing and 93 oct for the street.
On 93 cot we run arounf 23psi and on VP racegas we run 35psi.

By the way on waht island you are on Hawaii I was ther for 10 day last month.
I visit Oahu, Big Island and Maui.

ECUFlash is still in beta.
Works = mail in reflash

Cobb AP just came out.

so it's safe to say that most if not all people running an FP Red right now are using ECUTek.

I could be wrong though.

You should be able to get 400 whp on pump gas with all supporting mods
(looking at your sig, you're almost there)

Intake
Lower IC pipe
Upper IC pipe
Bigger FMIC
Injectors
Fuel Pump
O2 Housing/Down Pipe combo
Test pipe/ or high flow cat
Cat Back exhaust

If your a little short of 400whp, add a set of cams (cosworth or kelford), and that will surely get you over that mark.

Now if I have just a test pipe and not the O2 housing combo..does it make a dramatic difference.?

The stock o2 housing is gonna play a big factor, especially in the bigger boost areas. Since your going to be getting a lot more air in, via the bigger FP Red Turbo, so you'll want max exhaust flow.

The OEM unit is cast, and doesnt flow as well as an aftermarket..

You got 2 options:

either port the **** out of the OEM one...

or get rid of it...

pick up the Ultimate Racing, T1R, ETS, ect. and have plenty of flow.

Your choice... but since the turbo will be off the car, i'd recommend doing it now, since installing one is a royal pain in the a$$..

Good luck, hope some of this helps.
