ok well thanks.. i think i will just try some different driving techniques... If anyone has any other ideas on this let me know....

I don't think you've done any harm so far...but it couldn't have been GOOD for the trans, that's for sure.

Pretty sure it won't hurt it to let off the gas. Not sure it's necessary though.

Not 100% positive but I believe the SST cuts the engine for a fraction of a sec right as you hit the paddle to unload the drivetrain for shifting. Just like the WOT shift kits on sport bikes.

because your body (mind) is not familar to the new trans. Its a natural reaction, your mind thinks your driving a manual transmission and let go of the gas. When i first started to drive the car, i would let go of the gas and search for the clutch pedal with my foot, finding out i am missing a clutch pedal. When i start the car, i find my self searching for the clutch pedal to start it.
