Are you guys using o2 spacers with the perrin downpipe and/or is it necessary? Also do you guys think it would be better to have less of a hassle than to get the a full 02 downpipe , test pipe. I know there would be better gains with full 02 back but, wondering if the gains are descent from the perrin.

So nobody knows the answer. I know there has got to be at least one person with this downpipe.

 

I have the high flow catted perrin downpipe, I like it very much, the turbo spools very fast now, at 2600-2800rpm the boost is 8psi and rising.
The only problem is that today I got a CEL with the catalyst efficiency below threshold

 

yes you will need a spacer. i got a CEL about 2 min after starting up the car after the install

 

I have the Perrin down pipe/ test pipe combo, but the is not enough space to put in the o2 spacer.
