Help! Clutch pedal all the way down...

Well guys, I was pulling out of my driveway today and I put my car to 1st gear and right when I'm letting my clutch go it just "popped" and the car stalled. At this point the clutch pedal was all way down on the floor and I didn't know what had happened.

And ideas to what has happened and how to fix it??

The master clutch cylinder just busted.
I blew 3 units before converting to E9 version.
My suggestion is you go the same route using the E9 master clutch or at least get the AMS ring with a stock replacement (my last one with the ring did not last very long either).

I think it might be the master cylinder, and slonez I might have to try the E9 version then if that is true. Also, it could be the clutch line also. I'll have to find out monday when I get my car towed to the workshop.

Couldn't it also be the slave cylinder? If it's not functioning right I believe it can cause the same problem.

If it is the master clutch cylinder, I don't see the point of replacing with the stock unit.
Good luck.
