Turbo only boosting 13psi at most....

So i just got my car back from the dealer, and driving home last night(I live about an hour and half away), it would only build at most 13psi. So after being told by the dealer, that they only take it out of the box and put it on, that there was nothing they could do because their is NOT ANY FACTORY ADJUSTMENTS, and pretty much told me i'm SOL.

and ideas? I looked at the vacuum lines and they appear to be ok, when the car cools down i'm gonna pressure test it and take off the heat shield for any bends...because they bent the top shroud so it's likely that the wastegate arm is hitting the heatshield.

My WGDC is at 98% at 13psi.

Boost lines probably hooked up backwards. Make sure the line off the T with the red band on the end is connected to the wastegate. The other line off the T should have a pill inside of it and clamp on the midde, this should be connected to the black compressor outlet pipe.

be sure to call the dealer and tell them their techs had the lines backwards. That should make them feel real good

It wouldn't matter, this is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They don't care about the customer. I called them about this issue yesterday and they told me that there was no factory adjustments and they couldn't help me....and this coming from a deal that told me they couldn't put a front stock bumper on my car....this service department should not be working on cars period...

I had a similar issue to the OP.
I had xPRimNT log my car, we were seeing weird boost. And my WGDC was maxed out.
What impressed me, was I was hitting and holding, then dropping 21psi. With just my wastegate (free wastegate mod). Ive since switched the lines and now the fury is back!

Thanks GST for making me feel like an idiot, lol.
