Best engine oil grade for EVO X: 15W-50?

Thanks to all of you for your suggestions, it's good that at the end it seems we have all the same idea: a 15W50 can give more disadvantages than benefits on a stock 4B11 engine. From Saturday it will not stay in my car anymore...
5W 30 or even 10W 30 in the winter and you will be fine. I am not a big fan of Mobil 1, but that is only my opinion - Motul and Brad Penn oil are by far my favorite oil's to use.

I run SAE 10W-40 PENN GRADE 1 Partial Synthetic High Performance Oil in my EVO X - as I am not a fan of the 5W in Central Florida, I will run this year round.

When I build this motor, I will most likely run a 15W or 20W depending on the bearing clearances I choose in respect to the horsepower goals for my car.

Not sure if this helps much - but either way have a good holiday season!

Yep sir the engine will loosen up, run smoother. and the best of all of this is that you can have peace of mind with running that oil, still will hold its film strengh for a long haul.

i an hear reading the post an i am learning alot but i live in the caribbean an it is hot down here so what grade of oil would u suggest for me i am thinking ok using 10w30 what you think?
