It can if you've exceeded the flow of the MAF housing. I've learned a bit about this because it's currently the limitation on my car. I'm waiting for a 3.5" option...ETS is going to come out with one at some point.

I'm in southern md and i drove to CBRD. Trust me dude, its worth the drive. Your car will run much better, with more power, and better gas mileage. A good tune is the best thing you can do for your car.

Mellon above ^^^ does my tuning. I'm sure CBRD does a great job, but I can do all of the tuning with just some logging, and though this will be my second tune from him (that should tell you something) many others will also tell you he is the best in the business. My mileage also went up about 2-3 mpg with my last tune from him, so yeah I know a good tune helps.

right on dude, i've never dealt with mellon but i've heard nothing but good things about them. Didnt realize he was ur tuner. as far as the intake question goes, i'm a big believer in a full cai over just a drop in.

That's cool... I just go with what works, and I don't have to drive 4 or so hours to do it lol.
