Chad,
I think to get that BOV right, you will need to use the same spring pressure as the APS BOV. It always seems to me that most issues with BOV's are related to incorrect spring pressure for a given application.
Also one small item that would be nice, would be to make the set screw a bit longer than the APS version to have a bit more adjust-ability. Granted you can just go to the store and find a longer set screw for even more adjustment and preload if wanted by the customer.

Kris,
we like the APS, i tried to buy them direct, they wouldnt sell less than 50 for RETAIL pricing.. I wasnt going to do that...
we know it works, so we are only changing a few things

more pics.. We wanted to show the amount of clearance we were able to build into this manifold... there is a minimum of 1.25" at any point from the manifold to the factory heatshield. We can also supply an inconel turbo blanket specific to the Tial housings

lots of firewall clearance

cheers

thanks for the input guys,
those lines were there to test clearance etc,
we will use standard hose,
or braided,
the install is great, sit the turbo down, lower the manifold in, bolt up and attach, then stick the downpipe up through and attach
each stud on the head is accessible straight on from underneath or up top, no runners block them

That seems like a really nice and complete turbo kit. I really like the vband setup. I will have to seriously consider this for my build. Choices....choices....30R...33R....hmmm....
Dyno graphs please!
Dyno graphs please!
Now why go with a titanium piston, lower the weight to increase response of the of the valve?
